Production Details Hand-picked at end of October, often in two passes. Destemmed and gently crushed. Fermented at low temperatures (14-18°C) in glass-lined concrete tanks, then moved to French oak tonneaux and Slavonian barrels. Aged on fine lees for 12-15 months.
