Grapes are destemmed and gently crushed with a pneumatic press in nitrogen saturation; fermentation starts at 14-18°C in glass-lined concrete tanks before transfer to French oak tonneaux and Slavonian barrels. At the end of fermentation, wine ages for about 12-15 months in French oak tonneaux (70-80%) and Slavonian big barrels (20-30%) on fine lees.
