Production Details All of Beaumont's old-vine white cultivars were vinified separately and blended soon after harvest for early integration. The producer states that all lots fermented naturally in barrel and the wine matured for 12 months in French oak. The 2023 season had a normal wet cold winter, a dry healthy first half, and rain in the later harvest period, but the grapes for this wine were picked before the rain.
