Production Details Fruit came from the middle of Beau Constantia's well-exposed north-east facing slopes. Grapes were hand harvested in the cold early-morning hours, meticulously sorted, batch vinified, and naturally fermented on the skins before 18 months of maturation in 225L French oak barrels.
