Production Details The vineyard is harvested at 4 o'clock in the morning to preserve freshness. Grapes from each block are fermented and vinified separately to express their unique style and terroir. Fermentation begins in tank and continues with oak. The wine spends 9 months on the lees before blending and bottling.
