Production Details The grapes were hand harvested from one of the highest situated vineyards and the wine was made using minimal intervention in the cellar. Only natural yeasts were involved in the fermentation. The wine underwent a long, cool fermentation and was left to mature on its fine lees for ten months in stainless steel tanks.
