Production Details From the high-altitude Agterwitzenberg Valley on the Ceres Plateau, with vineyards at 750-950m asl. The Chardonnay is from Callender Peak's own vineyards, with some rows still planted on their own rootstock. The fruit was pressed without destemming into old French oak for natural fermentation.
