Production Details Darling Riesling from vines planted in 2007 on Hutton soil at 250 meters elevation. Yield listed as 7 t/ha with supplementary irrigation and 7 wire extended moveable Perold trellising. Grapes were destemmed and only free-run juice was used. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks for 14 days, then was stopped by cooling the juice to 6C. The wine spent 2 months on the lees with occasional stirring.
