Production Details Estate-grown Durbanville Sauvignon Blanc from estate vineyards on decomposed granite soils. Yield reported as 8 tons per hectare. Grapes were hand-harvested in the cool early hours in mid-February 2025, fermented at low temperatures in concrete tanks, and kept on fine lees for 3 months to enhance texture. Best enjoyed within 3 to 5 years.
