Production Details Sourced from a single parcel in the western part of Elgin. The wine rested in barrel for 17 months. A small number of artisanal coopers were selected, all from Burgundy and the Rhone, with only French oak chosen. In 2020, 70% was new oak and 100% was matured in 228 litre barrels.
