Production Details Clones CY76, 95 and 584 from six blocks. Hand-picked in early March. Fermentation started in stainless steel with ambient yeast, then the fermenting juice was racked to a selection of French barriques and followed by batonage. Matured 11 months in oak on the fine lees, lightly filtered, then aged 12 months in bottle.
