Production Details The 2022 vintage Pinot Noir comes from a 3.25ha vineyard. Hand harvested, destemmed, and naturally fermented in open fermenters for ten days using ambient yeasts and delestage for flavour and colour extraction. The must was lightly pressed and racked into French oak barrique, where malolactic fermentation occurred. The wine was barrel matured for eleven months and lightly filtered before bottling.
