Production Details Fruit comes from vineyards in the Franschhoek region planted on south- and south-west-facing slopes. Grapes are handpicked and berry-selected on sorting tables, then fermented in stainless steel and concrete tanks for 2-3 weeks before pressing. After malolactic fermentation, the wine matures in 228L French oak barrels with 20% new oak.
