Production Details From a tiny block of high-density vines producing a very low yield, the intensity of fruit is outstanding. Hand harvested grapes were fermented on skins for 12 days with pump-overs 3 times per day to extract colour, structure, and aromatics. Maturation occurred for 12 months in 228-litre French oak, evenly split between new and second-fill barrels, producing balanced tannins and ageing potential. The meticulous handling of fruit and oak ensures elegant structure, refined complexity, and a wine capable of long-term cellaring, reflecting both vineyard character and careful craftsmanship.
