Production Details This is the fourth release of our Barrel Select Chardonnay. Overnight cold storage of the grapes preserved the fresh fruity character during whole bunch pressing. After settling, the clear juice was racked off its gross lees into 600L 2nd fill Francois Freres barrels. Fermented and aged in barrel for 12 months.
