Production Details Four picks. Wholebunch pressed and settled for 24 hours before being racked into barrel and cement. Natural fermentation, then kept on primary lees for 10 months with no fining. The Patatsfontein site page describes Wit Versnit as a Colombard and Chenin blend aged in a combination of old oak barrels and concrete for 10 months.
