Production Details Grapes were 100% destemmed and punched down once a day during spontaneous fermentation, then lightly pressed and moved to older French oak the next day. The wine matured in oak for 10 months, with minimal SO2 added before bottling in November 2024, followed by 7 months of bottle aging before release in June 2025.

Nose: earthy undertones, deep black fruit, dust, dark clay
