Production Details The 2021 season brought mild weather and steady ripening. Grapes were handpicked and sorted, then fermented naturally in open oak foudres. Longer skin contact was used for texture. After pressing, the wine rested in French oak barrels for 20 months, 40% new.

Nose: black plums, dark berry compote, salty liquorice, herb, pepper spices
Palate: black berries, cherries, warm baking spices, firm powdery tannin, balanced acidity
