Production Details Whole-bunch pressed to oak barrels. 100% spontaneous fermentation. Kept on lees and stirred monthly. Only 3 x 300L French oak barrels were made: 1 x new & 2 x second-fill French oak barrels were used. The wine was barrel-matured for 11 months.
