Production Details Single 36-year-old block on Agter-Paarl with dry-farmed bush vines, no irrigation and hand harvesting in small crates. Juice kept on skins for 3 hours, only free-run juice used, fermented in smaller French oak barrels and tank for freshness, batonaged monthly for 3 months, then aged in barrel for 10 months. Certified for Sustainability and Integrity plus Fair and Ethical Trade.
