Production Details Mourvedre comes from two estate vineyards on the slopes of the Simonsberg, one goblet-pruned and one box-pruned. In the 2024 growing season, a cool and wet spring yielded delicate aromatics and good colour, and the fruit arrived in excellent condition at the winery. Crushed grapes were left in contact with their skins for one to two hours before pressing, giving the wine its salmon and onion-skin colouration. The wine was fermented naturally in stainless steel tanks and bottled with minimal intervention. Production: 370 cases. Certified organic by Ecocert ZA-BIO-154.
