Production Details Each component of this blend was hand-harvested at optimal ripeness, ensuring maximum flavour and complexity. The grapes underwent fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the juice completed malolactic fermentation in 225L oak barrels and stainless steel tanks. The wine was carefully matured for 18 months in French oak barrels, 35% of which were new, to impart depth and subtle sophistication. Every barrel was meticulously tasted, to ensure the creation of a masterful blend.
