Production Details 2019 harvest with lower yields and exceptional phenolic ripeness. Each cultivar was fermented separately in stainless steel, French oak barrels, and concrete casks. Frequent punch-downs early in fermentation gave way to gentle pump-overs. The wine spent 22 months in French oak and concrete vessels before blending, then two years in bottle before release.
