Production Details 2020 harvest with higher yields and favorable weather conditions. The cultivars were vinified separately in stainless steel tanks, French oak barrels, and open concrete fermenters. Initial punch-downs were followed by gentle pump-overs. The wine spent 21 months in French oak and concrete vessels before blending, then two years in bottle before release.
