Production Details The cultivars were fermented in stainless steel tanks, French oak barrels, and concrete casks, with four to five punch downs daily during the initial fermentation phase and gentle pump-overs later for optimal extraction. After 21 days of maceration on the skins, the wine was pressed and transferred to oak barrels for malolactic fermentation and seamless oak integration. It then aged for nearly 24 months in 55% new French oak barrels, followed by blending, bottling, and an additional four years of bottle aging to achieve exceptional complexity and refinement.
