Production Details First site-specific Pinotage from the Kriekbult farm. Fermented in open fermenters with the cap punched through by hand every two hours at 25-28°C, then matured in 50% new and 50% second-fill barrels for 18 months. Producer notes the wine will develop well for 10 years or longer.
