Production Details Organically farmed. High-density vineyard blocks of 5,600-10,100 vines per hectare, trellised with vertical shoot positioning, cordon-pruned, and drip irrigated. Grapes were destemmed, crushed, and fermented in open-top fermentation tanks with punch-downs twice daily, then gently pressed and racked to barrel for malolactic fermentation. Aged for 11 months in 2nd, 3rd, and 4th fill 300L French oak barrels.
