Production Details This thirteenth Chardonnay vintage was made from four different vineyards. Hand-picked Chardonnay grapes from four blocks were harvested in early to mid February 2019 and barrel fermented with natural yeasts. The wine spent ten months in French oak: 10% new oak from Nevers and Allier, 45% second-fill oak, and 45% third-fill oak. 30% underwent malolactic fermentation.
