Production Details Right Bank-style Bordeaux blend from ocean-facing Stellenbosch vineyards. Decant at least one hour before consumption. Served best at 15-18 degrees Celsius. Aged for 12 months in a climatized barrel maturation room at 16 degrees Celsius and 80% humidity in a combination of new, second-fill, and third-fill oak barrels. French oak is predominantly used, with a portion of the Malbec matured in American oak.
