Production Details Grapes for this blend were all hand-harvested. Fruit was destalked and then cold soaked for 48-72 hours depending on varietal and ripeness. During fermentation, punch-downs and pump-overs were done at 4-hour intervals for extraction of colour, flavour, and tannin. After pressing, the component wines were aged for 22 months in selected 225L French oak barrels before blending and bottling. Ageing potential stated as 15 years.
