Production Details The DeMorgenzon Maestro White 2012 was whole bunch pressed and chilled before pressing. It was naturally fermented in small French oak barrels, and the varieties were kept separate. It was then aged for 11 months and blended after separate ageing for 8 months. It was further aged in a barrel and lastly left on the lees in cement eggs for a further three months. Light filtration and fining took place before bottling.
Tasting Notes
Nose: orange, yellow stone fruits, spice, zesty citrus, blossoms
Palate: full, textured, nuanced, lingering after taste
