Production Details Grapes from the Cottage Lane vineyard on the mid-slopes of the Helderberg Mountain, with a small blending component from Pondok Rug 3. Hand-harvested in small batches and vinified separately in open-top fermenters using traditional methods. Matured 21 months in seasoned French oak barriques, bottled by hand on 2022-12-14, then bottle-aged 20 months before release.
