Production Details All grapes were grown on Keermont Vineyards. Small parcels were selected by ripeness, hand harvested, vinified separately, and handled gently in open top fermenters using traditional methods. The wine matured for 20 months in seasoned 500L and 225L French oak barrels before being bottled by hand on 10 December 2020.
