Production Details Classical Medoc-style blend from Jonkershoek Valley, Stellenbosch. Grapes came from the estate's best vineyards and were hand-harvested and hand-pruned with care to avoid fruit damage. Matured 20 months in a combination of new and 2nd fill 225L and 300L French oak barrels. The four varietals were individually fermented and matured before blending and bottling. Limited barrel selection of the best red wine of the 2019 vintage.
