Production Details All grapes are hand-picked and carefully transferred to the cellar, where the wine is initially gently handled by gravitational flow. Following fermentation and later maceration, the wines are transferred to French oak barrels. After 13 months, a portion is transferred to cement tanks for further maturation, and a final blend is bottled after approximately 24 months. Thereafter the wine spends 6 months in bottle. Wine of Origin: Stellenbosch; appellation: Polkadraai.
