Production Details Grapes sourced from selected vines across the greater Western Cape area, predominantly grown on rich alluvial soil types to express prominent fruit. Mediterranean-like climate with cool evenings and hot days. Harvest occurs in the cool of mornings to preserve fruit and limit oxidation. Grapes ripen early in the season to ensure the right style. Gentle pressing avoids harsh phenols in the juice, followed by cold fermentation.
