Production Details Grape varieties were handpicked separately at phenolic ripeness and stored at 10 C to preserve flavor and freshness. After crushing, skins and juice remained in contact in French oak tanks for 10 days, then color and character developed for a further 3 weeks before transfer to 100% new French oak barrels for 16-22 months. The wine is the estate's flagship red and barrels were selected for maximum flavor and character.
