Production Details 100% Merlot. Berry sorting and gentle handling in the cellar; after meticulous mechanical and manual sorting, whole berries were fermented with natural yeasts. Gentle pump-overs were done two to three times per day to extract colour, tannin and flavour. Made in a classic minimal-intervention style with no extended skin maceration. The four individual pickings were vinified separately and matured for 18 months in a selection of first-, second-, third- and fourth-fill French oak barrels, then racked at intervals as necessary.
