Production Details This Chardonnay was made using fruit from 3 sites: Helderberg, Polkadraai (Mulderbosch), and Vlottenburg. Mulderbosch pursued a balance between fruit purity and palate density, using French oak barriques to support maturation without overwhelming freshness. Twenty-five percent of the wine was aged sur lie in stainless steel and 75% in a combination of barrels and foudre for 10 months.
