Production Details Grapes were hand picked at optimal ripeness in early February 2014. The yield was 3 tons per ha. Cold soaked for 3 days. Open micro fermenters. Basket pressed. Malolactic fermentation in the barrels. 41 months maturation in a blend of differing age French Oak 225 liters. Bottled September 2017. Production 4800 liters.
