Production Details Grapes were hand picked at optimal ripeness in early March 2018. The yield was 7.9 tons per ha. Cold soaked for 3 days. Open micro fermenters. Basket pressed. Malolactic fermentation in the barrels. 26 months maturation in a blend of differing age French Oak 225 liters. Production: 4290 liters.
