Production Details Grapes were handpicked at full ripeness in February 2020. Yield was approximately 6 tons per hectare. Cold maceration for 3 days. Fermentation in open micro fermenters. Malolactic fermentation in the barrel. Matured for 28 months in French oak barrel. Bottled in August 2022. Production: 2,880 litres.
