Production Details Dragonridge's official red-wine page lists Aquila 2023. Producer-wide winemaking details published on the official site state that Dragonridge wines are grown and made on Fynbos Estate in Joubertskloof, Paardeberg, Swartland; vines are organically farmed bush vines with no herbicides, pesticides, or irrigation; grapes are hand-picked and travel about 500 metres from vine to winery; fermentation is natural with no added yeasts; sulphur use is kept minimal, with free sulphur in the wines targeted between zero and ten ppm; pressing is very light; and the wines are bottled without fining or filtration.
