Production Details A Grenache-based blend fermented and matured partly in concrete for the Grenache and Syrah components, with the rest matured in old oak. Long, gentle extraction with 50% average whole bunches. Yield was 2.0 to 5.0 t/ha. Total production was 8,229 x 75 cL bottles and 525 x 150 cL bottles.
