Production Details The Shiraz and Grenache Noir were separately handpicked and left in the cold room overnight to be cooled down. Each variety was crushed and destemmed the next morning. Both varieties were fermented separately in stainless steel tanks. After alcoholic fermentation, the wines were transferred to 3rd and 4th fill French oak barrels.
