Production Details The grapes used for this wine came from our Grenache Noir vineyard. Picked early to capture some of the key freshness of the cultivar, the grapes were picked at 21 degrees Balling. Left overnight to cool, the grapes were crushed and left for a couple of hours for skin contact. The overall result is a light pink hue colour. A rather slow fermentation period of 21 days followed the crushing and separation of the wine from its skins.
