Production Details Grapes came from three sustainably farmed vineyard parcels in the Swartland: one 40-year-old Chenin parcel on Kasteelberg, plus two 40+ year-old dry-land bush-vine parcels on the Paardeberg. The grapes were chilled in a cold room, pressed whole-bunch, settled overnight, then fermented with indigenous yeasts in tank and older French oak barrels for approximately six weeks before blending and bottling.
