Production Details From a vineyard 850 meters above sea level. Grapes are hand harvested in 15 kg crates. 15% whole bunches are foot-stomped on the bottom of the tank and the rest of the grapes are destemmed on top. Spontaneous fermentation is followed by 6 weeks of maceration before the free run juice is aged in 228L barrels for 16 months. The wine is unfined, unfiltered, and sediment is expected.
