Production Details Hand-picked bunches were berry sorted. Varietals and vineyard blocks were vinified and matured separately, with only the best components selected for the final blend. Maturation: 18 months in oak. Production: 41 barrels. This five-variety Bordeaux-style blend went through a seven-stage selection process.
