Production Details Official Maanschijn product page for Herbarium Cape White 2024 states that the blend comes from vineyards in the southern, cooler Walker Bay district. Fruit was pressed, settled and racked to aged French oak casks. Fermentation occurred spontaneously, with maturation lasting ten months on fine lees. The wine was then blended and bottled sans fining.
