Production Details 100% Piekenierskloof Grenache Noir from Paleisheuwel Road. Grapes were picked at optimal ripeness, cooled overnight to 4 degrees Celsius, destemmed and crushed into an open-top fermenter. Free-run juice was removed, the skins and pulp fermented spontaneously, and the wine was pressed into older French oak small barrels for 10 months before blending and bottling.
